What's the difference between Premium and VIP?+
VIP upgrades your Mina accommodation to Tent B (closer to the Jamarat and more spacious than the Premium tier's Tent C), gives priority scheduling for Ziarah trips, a preferred room category at Hilton Makkah Towers or similar, and a dedicated VIP support line. It's available for an extra cost, subject to availability.
Can I fly from Australia, or do I need to be in Bangladesh first?+
The group departure flies from Bangladesh, so you'll need to arrange your own flight from Australia (or the UK/USA) to Bangladesh a few days before the group departure. Exact departure and return dates are finalised once Hajj is officially confirmed — we'll notify you as soon as they're locked in.
How many people share a room?+
The quoted price is based on quad sharing — 4 people per room. If you'd prefer more privacy with twin sharing (2 people per room), that's available for an extra cost. Let us know your preference when you apply.
